The Superstore is the UK's largest and most successful hot tub company. We are a family business established in 2004, with thousands of tubs, spas and swim spas delivered and installed throughout the UK.

As an independent company, we import direct from multiple quality American manufacturers and sell direct to customers nationwide, cutting out the middleman and saving you thousands.

In true superstore fashion we also supply a wide range of water care chemicals from chlorine to spa-frog as well as a host of extras ranging from waterproof playing cards to filter cleaning tools and all spa part replacements. Our 8 installation and service teams are constantly on the move around the UK providing after care and spa servicing like no other company can achieve.

Buying from us is simple; you can visit our 26,000sqft showroom 7 days a week or buy direct on-line. We keep a minimum of 150 spas in stock at any time for next day delivery and all models can be purchased with 0% finance and a small (fully refundable) £95 deposit is enough to secure any tub for any length of time.

Our national delivery program places our engineers country wide on a daily basis, allowing warranty and service tasks to be completed swiftly and cost effectively. In the unlikely event of a problem with your spa, we will have you back on track in no time. Our engineers are our full time employees; we do not sub-contract our work and have all spare parts constantly in stock, a system that promotes consistency and quality of service.

All spa models can be purchased with interest free finance with just a £95 deposit. The finance application takes just 5 minutes to complete over the phone, or directly from our website. Now, world class home luxury is available from £89 a month paying absolutely no interest whatsoever!

We are the UK's only true volume importer, offering unrivalled value care of our unique business model. Unlike our competition who purchase spas wholesale from a distributor, we buy and sell direct with no middleman. With this linear approach, we work for low margins and rely on high volume, passing on the savings to our customers. We typically sell market leading models at their comparable American cost, whereas re-sellers offer the equivalent model in the UK for 50-60% more! Reselling suppliers rely solely on local area sales, as they are part of a national supply chain and cannot upset their fellow localised agents. Consequently and in summary, the dealer selling a hot tub for the second time and only relying on low volume of sales requires high profits to exist. The high profits mean the end consumer simply pays over the odds.

The Hot Tubs Superstore work closely with our suppliers; we buy more and in turn, buy for less. We then import in container loads (typically two per week) direct to our Blackpool warehouse and rely on our strong Internet, TV and brand presence to sell tubs direct to the consumer. Although we have a strong internet presence, we are much more than just an internet company. We are a real, family business operating from our own, purpose built 26,000sqft facility in Blackpool, Lancashire. Our buildings hold large stock, parts and the UK's largest showroom, all of which is open 7 days a week. Customers travel from all parts of the country to visit us, as we offer a unique mixture of choice, quality and value for money. We take pleasure in giving our customers the 'guided tour' of our facility, after all we are proud of what we have achieved!

Of course many customers cannot make the visit to Lancashire and purchase after visiting our website and discussing their requirements over the phone. Every model has it's own product video, conveying a 'real world' overview of the spa; aiming to give the customer all the advantages of a showroom visit without the logistical downside.

Alternatively, after viewing our models online, you can simply click and buy and even complete your finance application at the touch of a button in the comfort of your own home. Never before has buying a hot tub been this easy.

So which one to buy?

Our spa models may seem like a bewildering choice initially, though the various options can be simplified quite easily. The Rio and Cyprus spa models are specialized 'doorway' spas that will fit through a traditional doorway in the delivery process – great for tight spaces.

Our Antigua and G2 models, share the same plug n' play simplicity as the Cyprus and Rio, yet offer greater internal depth and room. All these models are made from a one-piece plastic mould and complemented with a basic, yet quality component match to offer a durable and effective quality finish.

Our Evolution models vary somewhat, yet all share acrylic shell technology, perfectly moulded into their characteristic ergonomic seating. These models also feature powerful 6hp water pumps, complex jet variations, LED lighting and state of the art sound systems.
