Delivery Requirements

When you place an order with The Hot Tubs Superstore, you will be given a copy of our delivery requirements. A copy of these can be found below. Every one of our hot tubs has it's own tough ABS industrial plastic base therefore there is no requirement to have an expensive dedicated concrete base. You simply need the correct electrical feed for our installation teams to complete your spa installation.

The Hot Tubs Superstore keep a minimum stock of 150 hot tubs at any one time in our head office /distribution centre. This means you can order your spa today and take delivery and installation the very next day! Delivery Requirements For 32 amp Hot Tubs

*Leave it to us! Let us take care of your electrics by using our in-house, certified electricians for just £299! *

  1. From trailer drop off to hot tub site a clear run of 40 inches with is needed. Please take into consideration all guttering, fascias, overhanging branches etc.
  2. A firm level base (decking, flagging, concrete etc.) with a minimum of 15 inches clear all around the tub.
  3. Hot tub electrical feed- 6MM 3Core steel wired armoured cable on a 32 AMP supply with RCD protection. Local isolation using rotary isolator.
  4. Please ensure that the cable tail end from isolator to the tub site has an additional 5 metres to ensure the perfect sitting of the hot tub.
  5. We want your hot tub experience to be as stress free and pleasurable as possible so please ensure that the above requirements are carried out prior to your delivery.

Delivery Requirements For 13 amp Hot Tubs (Rio, Cyprus, Antigua & Barcelona).
  1. Our rotationally molded 13 amp spas are physically lighter than conventional acrylic spas so access in generally easier.
  2. A firm level base (decking, flagging, concrete etc.)
  3. The hot tub is supplied with 13 amp lead and plug. We require the customer to supply an IP66 weatherproof outdoor socket with RCD protection, connected to your existing ring main - no special wiring required
  4. We want your hot tub experience to be as stress free and pleasurable as possible so please ensure that the above requirements are carried out prior to your delivery.
