Hot tub firm under investigation

A high profile hot tub firm is under investigation from Staffordshire Trading Standards after hundreds of complaints from their customers.

The company, who go under the name of 'The Trade Price Group', sell hot tubs directly to the public offering models up to the value of £20,000. The large number of complaints from disgruntled customers centre around excessive delivery delays of up to 2 years, shoddy workmanship and other foul practice.

The Trade Price Group were recently the subject of a protest by angry customers outside their premises in Rugeley, Staffordshire.

The hot tubs that the Trade Price Group supplied to unknowing customers were reportedly manufactured in China.
