Not often can we say we were amazed at the service we received from a supplier these days, however you and the staff at The Hot Tub Superstore did exceed our expectations, during the sale you treated us with the utmost respect and that continued when we had purchased our Durasport G2 Spa, your office staff arranged a suitable delivery appointment and kept us informed on the day as to what time to expect your installers who had travelled over 300 miles. They arrived on time and had the Spa installed in no time. I am a tradesman and I watched in awe as they went about the installation with complete precision. Within hours they left us with our new spa filled and treated in this time they had also given us full instructions on setting up, using and maintaining our spa. We have relaxed in the spacious spa many times since and are thrilled with our purchase which is the envy of our neighbours who I am sure will be in touch sometime to also purchase a spa from Britain's best. We cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from everyone at the Hot tub superstore!
